DOHR was established by Donna Obstfeld in 2007 and is based near Watford in Hertfordshire. The practice provides a tailored mix of HR consultancy and HR support to SME clients across London, Hertfordshire and the Northern Home Counties.

Although our clients are all over the country and are generally up to 250 employees, our main client base is London, Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Essex and we work with clients with up to 10,000 employees.
Our HR Practice provides employers with a full life cycle service from recruitment and selection to employment law, policies & procedures and HR management, through to terminations, redundancies and TUPE. We can provide our services on an ad hoc, retained or outsourced basis, tailoring our HR solutions to the needs of our clients.
What is HR?
HR is the common name for Human Resources. Over the years it has had several names, but the most common was personnel. Today, there are two key definitions:
