Leslie Moss MBE joined the DOHR team in September 2017. He is a senior HR consultant with over thirty five years’ experience in leading consultancies, most recently Aon Hewitt. Between 2003 and 2006 he led Aon’s UK Executive Remuneration practice and between 2010 and 2013 he led the UK Human Capital practice.He advises on the design of bonus and commission plans, job grading and salary structures, employment contracts, takeovers, mergers and TUPE. Leslie’s clients have ranged from multinational companies to micro businesses with less than 10 employees.
Leslie is author of The Employee Share Schemes Handbook and teaches the Pensions Management Institute compensation and benefits teaching module.
He has an MA from Cambridge University and a first-class honours degree in Physics from the Open University. In 2012 he received an MBE for community service.
