Michael is a highly qualified HR professional, with a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.
Prior to joining DOHR in March 2017, Michael spent a number of years working with a large range of firms, in both the public and private sector, from small businesses to international firms. Michael’s main experience has been around managing absence, performance, conduct, flexible working and maternity issues for FTSE 100 companies, but realising that his passion lies more in solving the unique issues of each small business Michael joined DOHR and has never looked back.
He now handles ‘anything and everything’ HR related for DOHR’s clients, and is keen to get to know your business, and work out the right approach for you.
