Brenda is a highly experienced manager who before coming to work for DOHR 8 years ago had worked in the Banking industry for over 25 years.
During her Banking career she was responsible for overseeing large teams in operational and sales support functions. Brenda’s HR knowledge includes expertise in recruitment, training, managing redundancy and re-deployment, all of which she focused on while managing her teams.
After leaving the Banking industry, Brenda was able to bring her skills to completely different businesses including L’Oreal and Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Brenda has a proven track record as a manager; she is adept in helping to improve employee knowledge, performance and encouraging staff to further develop their own skills.
A real people person, her Human Resources experience is now being applied in an HR consultancy and support context as she advises managers and business owners to enable them to become and remain compliant with employment legislation and HR best practice.
