Fiona is a qualified UK Solicitor with wide-ranging knowledge and experience in employment law and HR.
She has extensive experience in dealing with small to medium-sized businesses, providing specialist advice on disciplining employees, controlling absenteeism and correctly implementing redundancy programmes. Fiona has experience defending claims from ex-employees and providing advice in respect of the changing areas of employment law. She has represented employers in the employment tribunal and with county court claims.
Prior to joining DOHR, Fiona worked in private practice and then joined a leading insurance company in the heart of London’s financial centre. More recently, she worked for the Adecco UK & Ireland Group as an Employment and Commercial Solicitor.
Fiona is pragmatic and commercially orientated with demonstrable expertise in supporting businesses to achieve their goals through effective policies, procedures and HR support.
As HR Operations Manager Fiona heads up the delivery of our HR support and manages our HR Advisors.
