Assignment:
To complete the TUPE transfer process for the UK staff, set up their benefits framework and processes and set up the UK HR function including the development of policies, procedures, processes, standard letters and operating procedures.
Outcome:
The UK employees underwent a smooth transfer from the old company to the new company and the HR department were recruited and trained to effectively manage the HR remit.
