Kim Wallace
HR Advisor
Kim Wallace joined DOHR in May 2023.
She is an experienced HR Advisor with over 20 years in HR and Office Management. The majority of her experience has been in stand alone roles within the industrial or construction sectors.
Kim enjoys building productive relationships by using personal credibility, consistency, trust and a strong customer focus.
Kim says “My work experience has equipped me with a wide range of skills, including Regulatory Compliance and Human Resources (HR) Management within the working environment. As I continue with my life at work, I enjoy developing professionally by constantly adding to my knowledge base within my chosen field, expanding my connections, experiences and ultimately achieving my goals.”
Kim is CIPD level 3 qualified and an Associate member of the CIPD.
