Laura Serrano

Laura graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Psychology degree (BSc) and has completed an MSc in Human Resource Management at Loughborough University (CIPD Level 7). She is particularly interested in employee relations and employee engagement & motivation. Her dissertation focused on the impact of workplace support on employee engagement.

Laura is our HR Assistant, supporting clients with their HR Administration and supporting our HR Advisors with all aspects of their client work. Laura is keen to transfer her academic learning into real life HR and has built some great working relationships with DOHR clients.

Laura is a great communicator, having previously worked as a Customer Sales Advisor. She is dedicated and committed and is always willing to help others. She has undertaken numerous volunteering roles, working for schools and for the university over the past few years.

She is also a keen sportswoman.
