Laura Serrano
HR Advisor / HR Club Membership Co-ordinator
Laura graduated from Nottingham Trent University with a Psychology degree (BSc) and has completed an MSc in Human Resource Management at Loughborough University (CIPD Level 7). She is particularly interested in employee relations and employee engagement & motivation. Her dissertation focused on the impact of workplace support on employee engagement.
Laura joined DOHR as our HR Assistant and is now one of our HR Advisors, supporting clients with their different HR needs. She has been involved in a wide variety of cases including investigations, disciplinaries and grievances. She is also our HR Club Membership Coordinator, ensuring the HR Club runs smoothly and acting as the first point of contact for its members.
Laura is a great communicator, having previously worked as a Customer Sales Advisor. She is dedicated and committed and is always willing to help others. She has undertaken numerous volunteering roles, working for schools and for the university.
She is also a keen sportswoman.
