Frank

The Elephant In The Room

Frank joined DOHR in June 2021.

Frank was born as a result of a series of blogs we ran to celebrate our 14th anniversary. The blog series was called The Elephant in the Room and addressed 19 difficult issues which employers need to be able to deal with on a regular basis.

Frank was named as a result of a competition on social media and Liz Chapman of EC Appointments came up with the winning name to encourage employers and managers to have ‘Frank’ conversations with their staff about difficult subjects – the elephant in the room.

Samuel, Laura and Rose worked with our herd of elephants for this fun photo shoot before they headed off to their new homes.

They say never work with animals or children, but we love the results of these hard at work photos.

Each one has a message for employers and they are all about having frank conversations with your staff and addressing the elephant in the room.
