Time Management:

We work on an actual time spent basis, so if you spend 5 minutes on the phone and we write a letter for you talking 11 minutes and send you an email taking 3 minutes, that’s 19 minutes of time from your account.

  • Don’t need all or any of your time in a month, don’t worry, it doesn’t go away. We’ll bank it for you, keeping it safe until you need it.
  • You can access your account at any time as long as you remain a member of the club
  • Need more time in a month than you’ve got banked? No problem, we’ll lend you time!!
  • There are some conditions around this:
  1. You can only borrow time up to the equivalent of your length of membership. So, if you’ve been a member for 6 months, you can borrow up to 6 months of time. In practice, this enables you to access 12 hours of time minus everything you have already used.
  2. If you decide to cancel or pause your club membership, you are required to pay off your loan at a rate of £150 per hour. Using the example above, you’ve been a member for 7 months, you borrowed 6 months of time a month ago and you’ve used 9 hours in total, you need to pay back 2 hours.
