At DOHR, we have been running live training on zoom since 2018.
This year we are shaking it up a bit and introducing a second format.
Our webinars will now be run quarterly. They are open to anyone who registers. They are one-hour sessions and include a live Q&A. Designed for business owners and line managers, they offer practical advice which can be implemented as soon as the training is over. Each webinar will cover a key HR topic and you can register using the buttons below.
Our new format is a bi-weekly surgery. Also run on zoom, these are for our monthly members. Whether you are a member of The HR Club, a retained client or an outsourced client, these are for you.
You will receive a personal invitation to join us and the opportunity to ask a question. The dates are below, so do get them in your diary.

Our live training sessions are all recorded and can be watched in our digital academy, where you will also be able to download the slides and other useful material mentioned in the training sessions.

While the online training sessions will give you general advice, ideas and things to think about, it is important that you get advice specific for your business.
The law specifies minimum standards which must be followed, but in addition, there is case law and best practice. These change over time.
Your company’s specific policies and procedures are also vital. They must be written so that they at least meet minimum standards, but they may exceed them. When managing your staff and making decisions, it is vital that you do not breach your own contracts, policies and procedures.
