I am starting 2011 with some goals. I have a list of 100 accountancy practices who offer payroll services to their clients and therefore have clients who are employers.
My goals are:
• to have spoken to all 100 practices by the end of March
• to have established a relationship with at least 50% of them, so that they will read my newsletters and accept my calls
• to have met with 25% of them so that they can begin to know, like and trust me
• to be actively working with 10 of them so that I am being referred by them to their clients.
In effect, I am looking for 10 new introducers by the end of March.
Tall order, who is prepared to help me achieve my goals, each one of those clients is a potential client for each of you.
