We generally work on a fixed fee basis. We start with a project brief and often a call to clarify your specific needs.
For larger projects, a project plan is put together with a budget and timeline. A project initiation meeting will take place and you will be introduced to the advisors on the project.
We will generally quote an hourly rate for consultancy work, however, where a piece of consultancy work is clearly defined we are often able to fix a fee or cap fees.
