Alessandra is an HR Advisor, supporting clients with their HR day to day HR needs. She is calm, methodical and always willing to learn more about the businesses she suppport.
Ale joined DOHR in January 2024 as a Graduate Trainee and has rapidly absorbed the skills and knowledge needed to provide first line support to her clients.
Alessandra has previously worked in a nursery and as an au pair, where she learnt how to work under pressure and to deal with the unexpected. Now she’s bringing her experience to her role with us.
Alessandra graduated from University of Urbino in Italy with a Psychology degree (BSc)and she is studying CIPD level 5 whilst working with us.
